Glen has spent his professional career leading people in the high pressure world of counter-insurgency and counterterrorism. He has extensive experience in training and developing leaders, and getting the best from teams, even in stressful circumstances. Additionally, he has been working in the art world for over a decade, specifically with performers, and has trained artists in areas such as marketing, branding and sales.

He is a champion of continuous improvement, and his work in NATO supporting international teams to achieve results at the strategic level gained him the status of Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute; the highest award available in the management profession. He continues to study, currently working on his third masters degree, concentrating on impostor syndrome and how to alleviate the symptoms, alongside gaining further qualifications in coaching with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
